Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I truly believe that mental health should be accessible to everyone, especially within our community. My passion is helping clients feel heard, validated, and supported as they reconnect with themselves and navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're managing depression, anxiety, mood changes, relationship difficulties, or trauma,I'm here to walk alongside you through these experiences.

I take a client-centered approach, meaning that your needs and goals are at the heart of our work together. I know how hard it can be to open up and be vulnerable, and if you’re feeling hesitant about starting therapy, I completely understand. I’ve been there, and I’d say just give it a try—you might notice a difference. And if you’re not ready yet, that’s okay too. Everyone moves through this process at their own pace, and I’m here whenever you are.

My therapeutic style is a blend of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, and I’m passionate about incorporating EMDR to help clients heal from trauma. Outside of work, you can find me outdoors hiking, playing soccer, going to concerts, or spending time with my family and friends.
